Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of strategic recruiting and talent acquisition tactics
Direct day-to-day talent acquisition operations, including candidate sourcing and onboarding
Evaluate and improve hiring processes and manage external partnerships related to recruitment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with increasing responsibility
5+ years of experience managing a recruiting team
Experience leveraging recruitment marketing and branding tools
Healthcare industry recruiting experience preferred
