Required Qualifications

• Proven success in leading a recruitment function within a multi-site organization, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with industry and academic relations recruiting
• Strong data and analytics skills to measure performance and communicate progress
• Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools and systems
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
