Job Summary

Director of Talent Acquisition, this full-time remote position involves leading and enhancing the recruiting function, managing full-cycle recruiting, and building a scalable talent acquisition team while addressing immediate hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across various business lines and manage a personal requisition load
  • Build, manage, and develop a team of recruiters, setting performance standards and expectations
  • Drive improvements in recruiting processes and establish metrics to assess hiring effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience in managing and developing a team of recruiters
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Lever ATS
  • Ability to partner with executive leadership on hiring strategies
