Job Summary

Owning the full talent lifecycle, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will manage sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and onboarding while leading a two-person recruiting team and stepping in as the acting People lead during a parental leave.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, ensuring successful hires through sourcing, onboarding, and check-ins
  • Lead and develop a two-person recruiting team, setting strategies and managing team output while also handling requisitions
  • Build and implement a quality of hire framework to track and enhance hiring success and onboarding experiences
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a senior talent acquisition role at a Series B/C company or similar growth-stage environment
  • Proven track record in managing the full recruitment pipeline and ensuring successful onboarding and early employee experiences
  • Familiarity with broader People functions, including HR Ops and employee relations
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with hands-on recruiting responsibilities
  • Strong operational rigor and judgment under pressure, particularly during transitional periods
