Job Summary

To build a scalable recruitment function, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will own end-to-end recruitment processes, drive sourcing strategies, and create structured interview frameworks while managing a team of five recruiters.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple products, managing a team of five recruiters
  • Drive sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and monitor team performance against quarterly quotas
  • Create structured interview packs and provide training to hiring managers on candidate evaluation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building structured recruitment processes from scratch
  • Experience in closing complex senior or leadership roles, such as VP or C-level positions
  • Familiarity with ATS implementation or migration, with knowledge of systems like Ashby, Workable, or Lever being a plus
  • Ability to present and defend recruitment pipeline data to executive leadership
