Job Summary
Leading the talent acquisition strategy for a growing clinical research network, the remote Director of Talent Acquisition will manage recruitment efforts, mentor the recruiting team, and partner with executive leadership to attract and retain top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function while managing high-priority requisitions
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities and build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles
- Enhance employer branding and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience recruiting within clinical research, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments
- Demonstrated success in leading full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced organization
- Strong experience with sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, and recruitment analytics
