Job Summary

To support rapid hypergrowth, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will own and scale the global recruiting strategy, focusing on building a high-performing recruiting organization and driving measurable hiring outcomes across all corporate roles.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and performance across the organization
  • Build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization, enhancing sourcing-led hiring strategies
  • Establish and manage recruiting KPIs to enable data-driven hiring decisions and improve recruiter productivity
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience scaling recruiting functions for high-volume technical and operational hiring
  • Strong experience in designing and scaling sourcing-first hiring systems
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and workforce planning
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools, with a preference for Ashby
