Job Summary
To build a recruiting engine for hiring therapists across multiple states, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, manage a recruiting team, and develop strategies to enhance the employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruiting for clinical roles, managing and growing the recruiting team to meet monthly hiring targets
- Establish the recruiting infrastructure, including tech stack, workflows, and playbooks for sourcing and interviewing
- Develop measurable hiring analytics to align recruitment outcomes with company growth goals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on building and scaling recruiting functions
- Proven track record of managing recruiters and achieving hiring targets
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnels, conversion rates, and capacity planning
- Experience in healthcare recruiting, particularly for clinical or therapist roles
- Startup experience and comfort in operating with limited resources
