Job Summary
Leading the recruitment strategy for US-based businesses, the full-time Director of Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end hiring processes, mentor a team of two recruiters, and drive talent engagement initiatives in a remote-hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters while building out the Talent Acquisition function to support organizational growth
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, partnering with senior leadership on executive-level searches
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador to enhance employment branding and engage the external labor market through targeted outreach initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years of recruitment/sourcing or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in a senior recruitment role with a focus on talent sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
- 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of developing teams
- Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience highly preferred
