Job Summary

Leading the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for the Americas, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will manage a centralized team focused on sourcing, selection, and onboarding while partnering with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the talent acquisition team and oversee sourcing, selection, and onboarding activities across the Americas
• Evaluate and improve team capabilities through targeted development and coaching, while participating in global talent acquisition leadership initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer value proposition and ensure a diverse talent pipeline through innovative sourcing techniques

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR/Talent Acquisition leadership roles
• Deep understanding of interviewing methodologies and assessment techniques
• Proven ability to manage and develop talent acquisition teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
