Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will own the talent acquisition function end-to-end, leading a team to ensure timely and quality hiring across various roles while partnering with senior leaders on strategic hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the hiring system, including developing rubrics, interview stages, and metrics to ensure quality and efficiency in the hiring process
  • Drive candidate pipeline and throughput, ensuring strong finalist slates for every search and maintaining a diverse candidate pool
  • Manage and grow the talent team, setting operational rhythms, coaching recruiters, and aligning hiring capacity with organizational needs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leading recruiting teams through periods of significant growth
  • Proven experience in building or rebuilding hiring processes, demonstrating specific changes made and their outcomes
  • Strong data-driven approach to recruitment, with knowledge of funnel metrics and conversion rates
  • Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in a high-growth startup environment
  • Fluency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
