Key responsibilities
- Build and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Global CX and Partners
- Manage and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to achieve exceptional results
- Partner with Operations and Finance to manage headcount budgets and hiring forecasts
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant talent acquisition or HR experience
- 7+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Experience in workforce planning and resource allocation
- Proven ability to build professional relationships across functional leadership
- Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights for talent acquisition
