Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
To support a growing talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of recruiters while personally managing complex hiring initiatives and driving improvements in recruiting strategy across senior technical and leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters while managing an active recruiting portfolio for senior-level roles
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand business needs and drive successful hiring outcomes
- Implement recruiting process improvements and leverage AI to enhance recruiting effectiveness and team productivity
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including team leadership in professional services
- Proven success in recruiting senior technical talent across engineering, cloud, AI, and data environments
- Experience managing a team while maintaining hands-on recruiting responsibilities
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruiting decisions
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
