Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

Leading the full Talent Acquisition ecosystem in a remote, full-time capacity, the Director of Talent Acquisition will shape hiring strategy, manage recruiting capacity, and oversee a multidisciplinary team to create a data-driven and scalable hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy, adjusting the operating model to meet hiring demands
• Lead capacity planning, funnel design, and process governance while managing recruiting workflows and dashboards
• Define and monitor KPIs for Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective reporting

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing integrated Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations models
• Proven track record in building or redesigning recruiting operating models and processes
• Hands-on proficiency with modern ATS systems, such as Ashby
• Experience supporting high-growth companies and scaling hiring across multiple levels and functions
