Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting pipeline by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Design and implement people systems for onboarding, performance evaluation, and talent retention aligned with business growth
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning to meet evolving business needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience with recruiting technology and managing hiring systems
- Demonstrated success in building compliant, scalable people systems for contractor-centric teams
