Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition function, the full-time Director of Talent Acquisition will build and lead recruiting strategies, manage the Talent Acquisition team, and enhance employer branding while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting strategy and translate hiring roadmaps into scalable sourcing and hiring programs
• Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to foster a collaborative and accountable culture
• Drive continuous improvement of the recruiting tech stack and maintain metrics to enhance recruitment efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to scale recruiting operations during periods of headcount growth
• Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse
• Data-driven and analytical, with experience translating recruiting metrics into actionable insights
