Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR Operations within large organizations (5,000+ employees)
• Proven success in leading global TA Operations functions for high-volume and specialized hiring
• Expertise in TA systems, data analytics, and process design
• Deep understanding of global hiring compliance and risk management
• Collaborative leader with a passion for emerging trends in recruiting technology, particularly AI and automation
