Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end infrastructure for talent acquisition, the full-time Director of Talent Acquisition Operations will manage recruiting processes, optimize technology systems, and oversee vendor relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead all recruiting operations across the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Own and optimize the TA technology stack, driving adoption and continuous improvement across all recruiting systems and integrations
  • Manage all TA vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and budget accountability
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership responsibility in recruiting operations or systems
  • Proven track record of building and scaling TA infrastructure in a high-growth environment
  • Deep familiarity with TA technology and experience owning an ATS
  • Experience managing TA vendor relationships, including negotiations and budget oversight
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to build reporting that drives action
