Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end standard operating procedures for the hiring lifecycle
- Build and maintain a planning and forecasting model to align the Talent Acquisition organization with headcount goals
- Manage the TA tool ecosystem, ensuring integration and optimization for long-term growth
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in TA Operations within a high-growth tech environment
- Expert-level knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and hiring technology
- Strong program management experience with a track record of launching and scaling TA programs
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable operational improvements
- Familiarity with AI and automation trends in HR Tech
