Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor to senior Product leaders, the full-time Director of Talent and Culture will align talent and culture strategies with business priorities, lead organizational design initiatives, and drive workforce planning while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Product leaders, aligning talent and culture strategies to business priorities
  • Lead organizational design initiatives and ensure organizational health and scalability aligned with product innovation goals
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or technical organizations in a high-tech environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic advisor
  • Strong AI fluency with experience interpreting data and analytics to drive workforce insights
