Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Development will design and enhance talent management programs, drive learning initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Development team, providing direction and support for optimal performance
- Design and continuously improve core talent management programs, including onboarding and performance management
- Collaborate with leadership to align talent strategy with organizational priorities and build a comprehensive talent management roadmap
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in talent development or a related HR discipline
- Proven track record in building or evolving core talent programs at a high-growth company
- Experience managing budgets and external vendor relationships
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence across all organizational levels
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms, with experience in learning management systems preferred
