Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Talent & Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to assess capability needs and co-create initiatives for organizational success
  • Oversee management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure alignment with training goals
  • Establish relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions


Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and assessment tools
