Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to assess capability needs and co-create initiatives for organizational success
- Oversee management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure alignment with training goals
- Establish relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and assessment tools
