Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Talent & Leadership Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to assess capability needs and co-create initiatives for organizational success
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure alignment with compliance and training goals
- Establish relationships with external vendors and collaborate with HR to standardize assessment tools and talent management practices
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and experience in curriculum design for diverse audiences
