Director of Talent Development

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Development will oversee talent assessment and succession planning processes while designing and delivering leadership development programs that enhance engagement and strengthen the talent pipeline, based at the corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of a multi-year talent development strategy aligned with business objectives
• Deliver leadership development programs and maintain enterprise succession planning processes
• Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of development initiatives and report on talent health

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in HR, talent management, or leadership development
• Proven experience designing and managing leadership development programs within complex organizations
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology platforms
