Job Summary

To support the growth of a global talent management strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Development will design and implement performance management, succession planning, and learning frameworks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and build globally scalable talent development practices that align with business outcomes
  • Lead a team to create frameworks for HR Business Partners to effectively deploy talent practices across all business units
  • Utilize data and technology to modernize talent development processes and measure program effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience focused on talent development, performance management, and succession planning
  • 7+ years of experience in team leadership within high-growth or complex organizations
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable talent frameworks across diverse geographies
  • Experience with modern learning and talent technologies, including LMS and performance platforms
  • Strong understanding of COE operating models and the role of HR Business Partners in executing talent strategies
