Director of Talent Development
Job Summary
To enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, the full-time remote Director of Talent Development will design and implement leadership development programs, assess capability gaps, and manage culture initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational health and design scalable interventions for improvement
- Develop and deliver leadership, manager, and employee development programs aligned with business priorities
- Lead enterprise engagement initiatives and manage Employee Resource Groups to foster inclusion and belonging
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, learning, or related HR disciplines
- Proven ability to design and scale leadership and workforce development programs
- Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
- Strong experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance learning and development outcomes
