Job Summary
To enhance the company's talent management strategy, the full-time remote Director of Talent Management will design and lead succession planning, leadership development, and employee development programs while collaborating with executive leadership and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise succession planning framework and facilitate reviews with executive teams
- Own the talent review process and design enterprise talent programs to align with performance management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet succession needs
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development with a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years with a Master's degree
- Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
- Experience working with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
- US Citizenship is required
