Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in HR or related field
- 10+ years of experience in talent development and L&D leadership
- Proven success in designing leadership development programs and managing performance systems
- Experience with talent assessment and development practices
- Strong data orientation and project management skills
