- Lead the enterprise succession planning framework for key roles and facilitate succession reviews
- Own the talent review process and design enterprise talent programs to align with performance management
- Establish governance for talent management processes and present metrics to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience in talent management and leadership development
- Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
- Experience working with senior leaders in complex organizations
- US Citizenship is required
