Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise succession planning framework for key roles and facilitate succession reviews
  • Own the talent review process and design enterprise talent programs to align with performance management
  • Establish governance for talent management processes and present metrics to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience in talent management and leadership development
  • Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
  • Experience working with senior leaders in complex organizations
  • US Citizenship is required
