A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise succession planning framework and facilitate annual reviews
• Own the talent review process and design/manage enterprise talent programs
• Establish governance and continuously improve talent management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience in talent management and leadership development
• Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
• Experience working with senior leaders in complex organizations
• US Citizenship is required
