Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the enterprise succession planning framework and facilitate succession reviews
  • Own the talent review and assessment process, designing and managing enterprise talent programs
  • Establish governance and continuously improve talent management processes and metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience with significant talent management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years with a Master's degree
  • Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
  • Experience working with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
  • US Citizenship is required
  • This role is approved for remote telework within the US
