Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise succession planning framework and facilitate succession reviews
- Own the talent review and assessment process, designing and managing enterprise talent programs
- Establish governance and continuously improve talent management processes and metrics
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with significant talent management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years with a Master's degree
- Proven experience in designing and leading enterprise-level talent programs
- Experience working with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
- US Citizenship is required
- This role is approved for remote telework within the US
