Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on talent-related matters and develop talent strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee workforce planning, performance management processes, and talent development initiatives
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in human resources or talent management, focusing on strategic business partnering
• Proven track record of developing and implementing talent strategies that enhance business performance
• Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals
• HRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications are preferred
