Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Talent Management & OD/OE to lead talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational design principles and frameworks for team effectiveness
- Build AI-enabled talent strategies and performance management frameworks to enhance workforce capabilities
- Own the employee engagement strategy, translating data into actionable insights for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in talent management or organizational development, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in designing performance frameworks and engagement strategies in a global tech environment
- Proven track record of leading Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategies
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced data analysis
