Job Summary
Experienced leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Talent Management, responsible for managing a strategic roster of creators, mentoring Talent Managers, and driving business development initiatives to enhance creator representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support Talent Managers to elevate team performance and implement best practices
- Manage high-profile digital creators and negotiate brand partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives
- Build relationships with brands and identify opportunities to expand the creator network
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in talent management, creator representation, or influencer marketing
- Proven success managing a creator roster generating significant monthly GMV
- Experience mentoring high-performing talent management teams
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex partnerships
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy and digital culture
