Job Summary
Driving the organization's talent strategy, the full-time remote Director of Talent Management will manage performance practices, analyze talent data, and partner with business leaders to enhance organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and implement effective performance management practices across the organization
- Analyze performance and organizational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage annual performance management processes and collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise programs or strategic HR initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS data and workforce analytics
- Proven ability to influence leaders and facilitate talent discussions
