Director of Talent Management
Job Summary
To design and execute high-impact talent programs in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Management will lead initiatives in performance architecture, succession planning, and talent enablement while leveraging AI tools to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enablement programs for Talent Teams and People Managers to ensure effective execution of core talent practices
- Build frameworks for succession planning and high-potential talent identification to maintain a robust talent bench
- Partner with People Leadership to align on workforce needs and maintain critical talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR/Talent leadership experience, particularly in talent program management
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Management
- Strong program management skills with a history of implementing complex talent initiatives
- Ability to analyze talent data and metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Familiarity with AI tools and technology platforms to enhance HR operations and program effectiveness
