Job Summary
To support the evolution of talent strategy and employee experience, the full-time remote Director of Talent Management will lead the integration of performance management, talent reviews, and career growth initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of NIQ's performance and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with employee development and business objectives
- Enhance talent review and succession processes by integrating performance insights and optimizing the use of Workday capabilities
- Design and execute enablement strategies that improve manager effectiveness in leading performance and development conversations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or related fields
- Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities
- Proven track record of designing and leading performance and talent initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong understanding of performance management, leadership development, and workforce capability building
- Experience with AI-enabled practices and digital talent experiences
