Job Summary
To support an evolving talent management strategy, the full-time Director of Talent Management will lead the integration of performance management, talent reviews, and career growth initiatives while working remotely to enhance employee experiences and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of performance and growth approaches to enhance employee development and business performance
- Connect performance management, development planning, and succession processes into a cohesive talent ecosystem
- Strengthen manager capabilities by designing enablement strategies and resources for effective talent conversations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or related fields
- Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities
- Proven track record of designing and leading talent initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong understanding of performance management, leadership development, and workforce capability building
- Experience with AI-enabled practices and digital talent experiences
