Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the hiring infrastructure and operational workflows for the recruitment process
• Drive operational excellence and change management to optimize tools and programs for Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient onboarding and a smooth New Hire Journey

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent/People Operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (HR, Finance, etc.)
• Proven experience managing vendor portfolios and complex staffing ecosystems
• Expert-level experience with ATS platforms and HRIS integrations
• Strong quantitative skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling
