Required Qualifications

• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes with a focus on diverse talent
• Experience leading digital transformation in recruitment processes and systems
• Familiarity with equity-centered missions and organizational change
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution in a fast-paced environment
