Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Strategy to lead a recruiting team and transform Talent operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a small team of recruiters to achieve exceptional hiring outcomes
- Architect and execute the Talent technology roadmap, including implementation of ATS/CRM and hiring analytics
- Define and manage Talent KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of Talent Acquisition/People Ops experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in selecting and implementing Talent technology solutions
- Hands-on experience leading executive searches, particularly at the SVP C-suite level
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Experience in change management and designing adoption plans for new processes
