Director of Targeted Acquisition

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Targeted Acquisition to build and scale an AI-powered outreach program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Pinpoint program including strategy, campaign architecture, and performance optimization
• Identify and prioritize high-value target audiences and translate growth priorities into audience segments for campaigns
• Manage contractor teams and ensure effective marketing to sales handoff for targeted acquisition programs

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, consulting, or program/product leadership
• Deep experience with 1:1 or account-based digital marketing; outbound or sales-adjacent marketing preferred
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
• Highly organized and proactive in managing complex initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to draft messaging and provide constructive feedback
