Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Tax Accounting, Forecasting, and Income Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster professional development of team members, manage tax technical matters, and provide timely tax advice to stakeholders
- Develop tax strategies, oversee tax filings and compliance, and manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
- Create and implement tax technology roadmap, manage tax audits, and handle ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate tax reporting and compliance
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or Masters in Tax with substantial understanding of IFRS and US GAAP accounting
- Strong corporate income tax technical knowledge, ability to mitigate tax risk, and solid business acumen
- Experience managing high-performing teams and tax authorities on audits
- Hands-on experience with OneSource Tax Provision and knowledge of SAAS and digital economy issues preferred
