Director of Tax and Treasury

Job Summary

Leading global tax compliance and managing treasury operations, the full-time remote Director of Tax and Treasury will ensure sufficient funds in bank accounts, minimize interest costs, and oversee insurance programs while driving tax-related M&A due diligence and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage U.S. tax compliance and coordinate with external accounting firms for tax provisions and filings
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and debt compliance
• Lead tax-related acquisition activities, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation strategies are implemented effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate tax and/or treasury
• Experience with multi-national/global businesses preferred
• Proficient in tax tools and ERP systems, particularly Vertex and Workday
• M&A tax experience is required
