Director of Tax and Treasury

Job Summary

Leading global tax compliance and treasury operations, the full-time remote Director of Tax and Treasury will manage tax reporting, oversee banking relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing cash flow and liquidity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead U.S. tax compliance and manage external accounting firms for tax provisions and filings
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management and banking relationships
• Manage tax-related acquisition activities and ensure compliance with non-income taxes across jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate tax and/or treasury
• Proficient with tax tools and ERP systems, including Vertex and Workday
• M&A tax experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
