Job Summary

To expand corporate buyer relationships, the full-time salaried Director of Tax Credit Origination will build and manage a direct pipeline of corporate tax credit buyers while leading opportunities from initial outreach through closing in a highly commercial, relationship-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a direct pipeline of corporate tax credit buyers
• Develop relationships with corporate tax departments, treasury teams, and financial institutions
• Originate new transaction opportunities and lead relationships from initial outreach through closing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8-12+ years of relevant experience
• Background in tax credit origination, tax equity, or corporate finance
• Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated corporate relationships
• Existing network within corporate tax departments or tax advisory firms
• Experience in a commercial, client-facing role with exposure to transaction execution
