Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Team & Culture to lead its human resources function in alignment with its mission and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Team & Culture department, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle, improving hiring processes and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with departments to improve systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience supporting organizations with 75+ employees preferred
- Experience in remote-first organizations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- SHRM or similar professional HR certification preferred
