Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Team & Culture to lead its human resources function in alignment with its mission and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the Team & Culture department, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Oversee the full recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle, improving hiring processes and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with departments to improve systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
  • Experience supporting organizations with 75+ employees preferred
  • Experience in remote-first organizations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
  • SHRM or similar professional HR certification preferred
