Job Summary

Leading a team of business partners, the full-time remote Director of Team Resources will implement human capital strategies to support organizational growth, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Team Resources Business Partner function, translating business strategies into human capital execution plans and driving a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning to ensure alignment with growth objectives and operational scalability
  • Manage talent strategy initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development, to enhance teammate engagement and business performance
Required qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited institution; MBA or MA/MS in a related field preferred
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred
  • 15+ years of strategic leadership experience across various functions
  • Proven track record in leading teams responsible for talent acquisition and workforce development
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred
