Director of Team Resources

Job Summary

Leading the Team Resources Business Partners, the full-time remote Director of Team Resources will implement growth-focused human capital strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-performing talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the Team Resources Business Partner function, setting standards for execution and holding the team accountable for high-impact practices
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation alignment to support scalable growth
• Drive talent strategy initiatives, including succession planning and performance standards, to enhance teammate engagement and business performance

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in business or human resources related field preferred
• SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
• 15+ years of experience in strategic leadership across functions directing substantial resources
• Proven success in leading Team Resources teams with responsibility for talent acquisition and workforce development
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred
