Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time salaried Director of Tech Operations will oversee production infrastructure, cloud operations, site reliability, and corporate IT while driving operational excellence and engineering productivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across production systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
- Own the strategy and evolution of cloud infrastructure and platform services, promoting Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
- Lead corporate IT functions including endpoint management, vendor relationships, and employee technology experience improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, or technical operations
- 5+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and modern CI/CD platforms
- Experience operating large-scale production environments on AWS
- Strong knowledge of security policies, incident response, and corporate IT environments
